Private Capital

William Andrew Studio partners with private capital on selected residential property acquisitions across Italy and European markets.

Opportunities are approached through the same lens as the studio's own portfolio: architecture, location, design potential, and the ability to create a property with a distinct position within its market.

The studio's role extends from identifying and acquiring an asset through design, development, furnishing, positioning, and eventual operation or disposition. Capital partners may participate alongside the studio on individual opportunities where interests and investment horizons align.

Each project is considered independently. The objective is not simply to acquire property, but to use design and development to create an asset whose character and market position are materially stronger than at acquisition.

Private Capital

Current Focus

Residential assets in Italy and selected European markets, with particular interest in properties where architecture, provenance, location, or unrealised design potential provide a basis for repositioning.

The studio looks for opportunities where considered intervention can materially change the character and position of an asset. This may include historic residences requiring restoration, properties with underdeveloped interiors, or homes whose location and architectural qualities are not reflected in their current presentation.

Acquisitions are considered with both the property and its eventual use in mind. Design, furnishing, development strategy, and market positioning are evaluated from the outset, allowing each project to be approached as a complete residential proposition rather than an isolated renovation.

The studio remains selective in both geography and opportunity, favouring properties with a compelling relationship between place, architecture, and long-term potential.
